Waxman took his first shot with Bremmer:

$12 BILLION in cash on pallets, all 363 tons of it with no accounting for where it went. It takes $ 7 BILLION/year to pay for all the school lunches in the US.

That's barely scratching the surface of the unbelievable transfer of wealth from the pocket of hard working Americans to the ultrarich through the laundry machine of Iraq, 'defense', tax cuts for supposed economic growth, etc.

99.9% of Americans need to sit down, take a breath and understand that they are being told to work harder, take on more financial risk, have a less optimistic economic future for the sake of the ULTRA RICH.

How insane is this? How insane is it for middle class families to work harder and be at greater risk so that Paris Hilton and the Bush twins can get drunk on their tax cuts?

Yet this is exactly what is happening. It's wholesale TAX & STEAL which is why anyone who supports Republicans and even DLC Dems are idiots.

How so. The last 27 years have been years of prosperity for the most part. I did quite well as did many folks i know. Geode should get a job and he might think a bit more clearly. By the way the last 27 years includes 8 good years under clinton.
