Americans will have a democracy so long as they defend it. The greatest threat comes from within America. The greatest threat comes from those who are willing to use fear as a pretext for destroying the rule of law, and for excusing the President from defending the Constitution. Secret prisons, secret wiretapping, torture and illegal military invasions and occupations based on falsified evidence distinguish the current Administration as the most corrupt, anti-democratic little group in the history of this nation. This Administration has completely lost the trust of the American people. They richly deserve that fate. No smoke and mirrors on your part does a thing to exonerate those who have willfully and opportunistically corrupted and attacked American democracy.
