The Palestinians are pawns of the rest of the Arab world. The poverty is a direct result of that. Israel is not responsible for it, no matter what any Arab says. Israel didn't control the areas where the refugee camps are located when they where set up. Arab nations did, and the Arab nations kept them in camps. There where also quite a few Jewish refugees, from Arab nations, but Israel didn't keep them in refugee camps. And sure Israel isn't innocent. Its not a battle of perfect angels against depraved demons. And yes many Palestinians have it tough, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be blamed for their acts of terrorism.
