Excellent pick-up last month, Graham.. Updated Risk Filing with SEC looks a little more scary. They approach Going Concern topics in several areas. Potential for shortening trials as a method of saving money or time... but at risk of not achieving successful results. Have never owned this one but keep it on the radar..I reviewed this thread again(thanx all for keeping it compact).. Do you have an opinion on what next?..is this mgt desiring of staying independent? Do you think a potential partner may just want to munch them at these levels?
