A recent report proved there are far too many weapons on the street now and police are having to get powerful assault rifles just to get even. This is all due to the NRA gun lobby which lies and lies and lies that only honest and law abiding citizens will get ahold of the millions of extra weapons, including military hardware, they want on the streets of America. This has gone way beyond anything having to do with home security or hunting. And it makes it far more likely terrorists can get ahold of military weapons inside the US, including rightwing terrorists like we saw massing arms and blowiong upm federal buildings in the 90{s. Remember, Timothy McVeigh was on your side.
