Hi kaka,

Seems that Dell is going to open a department store. :) If they keep this up, they may lose their identity as a computer manufacture.

IMO, they should focus on improving their customer relationships. I went through "hell" with Dell in trying to get a Vista Upgrade issue resolved. The conclusion is simply that they won't budge an inch in providing me with the Upgrade disk. Seems that I purchased my computer a few weeks to early. After being a customer for many years, you would think that they would accommodate my request. Oh well, what do I know about customer relations.

Well, it looks like that pullback I was expecting is finally here - it's been awhile but then I'm usually early. I just didn't expect the pullback to happen in *one day* <ggg>. Pretty crazy action today, the Dow was down 270 when I stepped away from my screens to fix a cup of coffee, and was down 520 when I came back!

Regards,
John

I don't think I've ever seen the market (DOW) drop 200 points in one minute watching in real time. Scary what most likely some sell programs around 3pm can do...
