Interesting proposal. I'm afraid it won't get very far. For all the obvious reasons, many of which are the same reasons the Vision one won't either.

I especially like the part where anyone who disagrees with the plan goes to prison.

That's a good way to start off establishing a democracy. Oh, wait. No, that's a good way to start a fascist state. Giving preferential treatment to wealthy Palestinians over "useless sacks" would also help.

Some of the ideas you propose are OK, but the devil is in the details.
