I have no idea since I neither read nor posted the article you refer to. Maybe you have me confused with someone else. I was merely responding to what I thought was your argument and you still haven't cited any particular "international law", of which our invasion would constitute a violation.

However, I understand now that you may not have intended to make that argument yourself, but rather may have been simply suggesting what someone else might argue, so I'll let you off the hook. Cheers. ;-)
