Air T Receives $13.8M Air Force Order

Air T Receives $13.8 Million Air Force Order for Mobile De-Icing Trucks

MAIDEN, N.C. (AP) -- Air T Inc. said Tuesday its subsidiary Global Ground Support LLC received an order for 43 mobile de-icing trucks for the U.S. Air Force.

The order, worth $13.8 million, was received under an ongoing contract.

Shares of Air T rose 67 cents, or 8.9 percent, to $8.20 in after-hours trading. Earlier, the stock fell 24 cents, or 3.1 percent, to close at $7.53 on the Nasdaq Stock Market. The stock has ranged from $7.50 to $12.52 over the past year.
