The betting I hear right now is that Libby won't testify. Wells has, apparently, used that tactic in similar past cases.

As far as Cheney is concerned, I'm not certain what is going on.

I'm where you are, however. It would be very interesting to hear what happens if Fitzgerald cross examines Cheney.

Yes, Libby could employ the Nuremburg defense - "I was only following orders." As you say, it wouldn't help him, but would certainly illuminate the roles of others. It would be nice to see Cheney get his just desserts.
