I see......you want your leaders to represent your beliefs and presumably vote the way you would vote but you don't want him/her to listen to the polls. Are you expecting your leaders to have ESP?

He's expected the public to vote in leaders who they mostly agree with.

If the voters want "A" they vote in someone who supports "A". They don't have to vote for someone who will change his mind with every poll.
