She was a big boned farm girl IMO. The kind that look a little thick even when they are 3% body fat. So it would not surprise me at all if a lifetime spent trying to look like Twiggy didn't take it's toll.

And don't take my thick statement wrong. Those girls look fantastic at a normal weight but sadly many of them want to look thinner and can't and it causes trouble.
