First of all any market move starts from the inflection. In this case the bull market (unless there is a pull back of 20% or more) began in Oct. 2002.

Similarly the bull market ended in Aug 2000.

I assume you don't understand that you measure these events from bottom or top.

When did the previously bull market begin? 82 correct? When did it end? 2000--

You surely understand these concepts don't you?

Why do you think Crazy Bob increased the amount by which the old highs have to be taken out? :)

Sounds like he might have been playing a differnt game involving point spreads again. "I'll take secular bear market and 10% by golly".
