In spite of its lower revenues in the last 4Qs ORCH was able to post a smaller loss in the 3rd Q. However, the loss for 2006 is still expected to be larger than the $0.39/shr loss in 2005. For 2007 the loss is expected to be lower, around $0.15/shr. The stock managed to close today above the $4 level & it could try to test its Jan 16- Jan 17 double-top at the $4.15 level bigcharts.marketwatch.com ORCH also has accumulated a good amount of tax losses over the years as it never has reported on the black column.
