Why, of course it is. Sirius has burned nearly 400M on the Stern Publicity Stunt in the last year, and will burn another 500M-600M in the coming 4 years. That made news -- two years ago.

Today, Stern is secluded, accessible only to a couple million listeners, and is seldom heard from. The rest of that billion won't produce nearly the results the first $400M did.

And SIRI is left with nowhere to go from here - they got their pop in subs, and it is over. Now, the OEM deals take over. Oh, I forgot, Sirius doesn't have any big OEM deals. XM got them all.
