exactly, and the basic niceness of Americans, and frankly most Americans are pretty nice people, is what the muslims will use against them. George Bush thought that if he liberated the iraqis, they would embrace democracy, because that is what an American would do. Iraqis just want to get even for the death of some goatherder or other in the 8th century. Americans have a hard time remembering 1907 much less some dismal goatherder in the 8th century. But since Muslims have been able to hold grudges for a thousand years, Americans, and particularly American liberals are completely unable to comprehend how they think. American liberals don't believe in violence, everyone should be kind and nice, Muslims believe that if you believe in a man who died in the 8th century you deserve to be killed. Americans can't remember without a photograph and script how they lived in 1907. muslims often live the same way they did in 800 AD.
