In about three months they could own the silicon fab market (leading edge 45nm 300mm fabs at $3B/each, they'ed have 12 of them, yikes!) well, they'ed own it in about 1-2 years since it does take awhile to build & ramp. They could also own the worlds solar production business for a few months of that. Heck, they could most likely turn the desert into well watered ag land using desalination with cash like this. It's all a nice dream.
