If you have a moderate to high income, the price would not shock you and you wouldn't give it a second thought. If you have a very low income, the price would be a major issue with you (since you can't afford one) and you would label it "expensive". Well Jake, it's NOT "expensive". Your income is just "paltry". I have a high income. I think the iPhone price is expensive. Go ahead, make some snide comments, and then LOL and ROTFLMAO and GGGGG all you want. Then, please, go away.
