.....and that's not to mention Trump's casino operations have gone through bankruptcy twice in the past. Trump's shrewd negotiations have kept the companies in his power aided by the incompetence of the banker/lenders who by all accounts should have seized control of the equity in both instances.

Anecdotally during the middle of the 1990 decade at the bottom of the real estate market I recall reading Trump was on paper worth a negative billion dollars. (Any truth to this by the more seasoned real estate pros? Elroy?)

Suffice to say, it's better to be lucky than good.
