<you wouldn't be free to spew anti-American propaganda on the internet> You are half right -- you are free to spew your propaganda on the internet as you have done. But the propaganda is now seen for what it is - phony ideological BS. Those who spewed this propaganda have been thoroughly discredited, as they should be. Those who ran for elected office spewing this propaganda are now collecting unemployment insurance and looking for new jobs. Some will go to jail, although it is unclear how many will actually be held to account. And although we have been attacked from within by propaganda artists, including yourself, we continue to be a functioning democracy. You had your day. You had people fooled for while. But it is hard to keeping fooling people -- the truth has a way of coming out. The more people learn about the horrendous corruption, the abuse of power, the gross violation of human rights, the active efforts to deceive the American people, and the outright lying that has gone on, the more people will come to detest this ill conceived attempt to undermine American democracy using the 'war on terror' as an excuse. America is free -- and so long as Americans defend their precious freedoms against totalitarian attacks on the US Constitution that come from within our own borders, then America will remain strong and will prevail. All the terrorists in the world could not harm America the way you tried to harm America.
