Dundee does not develop. They speculate on farmouts, and buyouts. This has been a fact since Hemlo. I don't know what their track record is in the past ten years. So far they keep putting money in. They seem to like gold.

If a junior has no clue as to whqat they will do with a resource, it puts a damper on my interest as unless they find a real big one a la Virginia Mines, they can wait awhile. There are one million ounce properties not getting bought out. Not too many 3 megaounce properties don't get offers. But they need metallurgy and political feasibility too.

A jr company can go to 3 bucks if they develop even a smallish resource that won't get bought out. If Roca makes it, they will be an example but they are not yet in the right range price wise.. but close.. this is a better paradigm.
