Maybe it's a regional thing. I live in the south, the land of god and guns, remember. My perspective is going to be different than yours, I would think. There would be no shortage of individuals in my part of the world, inc. southern democrats, willing to take up the fight against a MILITARY enemy. I also have full confidence that if democrats end up controlling both Congress and the White House, they will aquit themselves well in the ongoing fight against terrorism. It will most likely be fought differently, more realistically, and less expensively.
