Bernard; you know the IPO is trading. Opened at 3.50, went to 3.99 and down to 3.16, now at 6.45 0n 2Mshares. Symbol is [CHIP]

It also needs to start reporting better results on its bottom line

The EL for 2006 is $0.16/shr vs. $0.11/shr in 2006
Until that changes for the better, don't expect to see much improvement on the chart. Of course, if they get the VeriChip IPO it may change the picture some.

I wasn't aware of the IPO, but I see it wasn't received too well since CHIP is trading below its $6.50 offering price.

At any rate, ADSX should raise at least $18M if the
3.1M shares are all sold.(In Jan they said there were going to offer 4.3M shrs so they cut the amount of the offering by more than 1M & apparently didn't get as much demand as they had hopped.<g>
