Just back from Applebee's lunch with Sweet Shirley. We both had the Grilled Shrimp and Spinach Salad. I'll tell you, they could almost get by without washing those two plates when we finished. What a great salad! And, yes, we've both had the Oriental Chicken Salad. Salads are all we usually eat when we go to Applebee's. They have great food, good service and affordable prices. Hard combo to beat. Next week we're going to try the new SaltCreek Steak House for the first time. Brand new one in our neighborhood.

Can you even imagine having 100 inches of snow dump on you like the folks in Oswego NY? We lived near Buffalo years ago, and the most we had at one time in a couple of hours was about 38"....We went into friends one evening and it had just started snowing, and when we came out 3 hours later, the snow was past the door handle!!
