Regards Cheney/Bush partners in crime, i, who like to study behaviors of evil twosomes, have found that with very few exceptions, one is the dominator and the other is the follower.
But the evil of the follower is his lack of conscience that makes he/her the loyal follower of the evil dominator.
Thus for a twosome like this to form both dominator and follower need have severe conscience deficit.
The follower should rarely ever be seen as a victim, for rarely is the follower ever the victim of the dominator, but, quite contaire is indeed an obedient disciple because he believes in the same things, and is thus equally culpable.
What makes this remarkable , and incredibly dangerous to the history of the world ,is this evil partnershiip is between the Potus/VPotus.
That Cheney has had more power than any VPotus in history is due to the cold unfeeling conscience lacking Bush who thus is loyal to the strong man in the VP chair.
Point being. They both are big trouble, this is a dark partnership, but Bush as the follower NO better than Cheney.

No letup in sight for a few days; hundreds of emergency calls taken Friday, February 09, 2007By Douglass Dowty Staff writer
A prodigious snowstorm pounded Oswego County for a fifth day Thursday, leading county and state officials to declare snow emergencies as nonprofits struggled to stay open for the needy and elderly.

And the worst might be still to come: Lake-effect squalls are expected to hang around for the next few days, according to the National Weather Service.

"We could be looking at snow here in historic proportions," said Parish town Supervisor Stephen Stelmashuck, after watching 88 inches fall since Sunday. "I had my driveway completely clear when I went to bed, and when I got up this morning, there was snow up to my waist. This is the worst it's been over a long period I've seen here."

I'm snowed in and haven't eaten in four days," Jennings joked to him. "Please send money." >>
