make sure he doesn't forget to tip, and run a mega bar tab. and don't, no matter what, skip dessert and after din din drinkies. if he starts to hedge, hit the john, then the front door. don't look back. smith and wollensky is usually packed with his crowd, you could get out easy while he's held down by an even tougher crowd of waiters.
