Nice find Laz. What a load of liberal wishful thinking that alters reality in their minds.

Bottom line, there is absolutely nothing that supercedes the Gulf War Cease Fire Agreement (GWCFA). NOTHING!

Ask them what law or legal document rescinded the GWCFA. They can invoke all the super duper smart legal scholars they want who (falsely) assert that Saddam's removal was "illegal". They're just lying scumbag libs just like X. They wish with all their hearts that it was "illegal", ergo it was. The problem is, the only way to make it illegal is to lie, revise history & completely ignore the GWCFA as if it never existed.

The GWCFA eventually became UN Resolution # 687. That resolution was incorporated into every additional resolution passed against Iraq all the way to UN Resolution #1441 - Saddam's final warning.
