I don't know, but I know he has definite ideas that are tougher on terrorism and crime than liberals, and he was able to keep the NYC budget balanced and on an even keel, as I understand... he clearly has more government management experience than any other candidate, and his experience is exemplary...

IMO, Rudi has the edge on national security issues....rightly or wrongly....... because of his involvement in 9/11. And he's got plenty of domestic policy experience......so I think he has an edge that maybe only McCain can equal. He was also one of the toughest prosecutors the Mob ever faced. Rudi may be the man to beat.
