Some of the countries that do have them are controlled by men, not by laws. Those are the things we need to be alert to. All counties are controlled by laws and men [or women]. The US Constitution [the law], gives POTUS the authority as Commander in Chief. A letter by Truman [that no one has found a signed copy of] gives POTUS the sole authority for Nuclear Release. All it takes is a single order from POTUS to execute nuclear weapons, from there on down, it's a matter of the military just following lawful orders. jttmab
