IMO, The NPT is a discriminatory agreement. India, Pakistan, Israel are not signatorys to NPT. Many others (including Iran) are signatorys.

The NPT is not discriminatory in and of itself. It's the practice that's discriminatory. Under the NPT, Iran has the right to develop any and all technology related to nuclear energy application. That is their legal right. It just turns out that certain countries refuse to trust them to limit that technology to only nuclear energy. Those countries then demand that Iran not be allowed to develop the technology/capability to enrich uranium. It's their legal right to do so, they just won't be allowed.
