As I've said, it's not 'right' that we're talking about. It's ability and responsibility. Some countries are not capable of managing nuclear capability, so we have to make sure they don't get it.

We developed the technology for nuclear weapons. It was stolen by spies, and in turn, other spies have stolen it.

Thus, we have a moral responsibility to stop nuclear proliferation.
