No, that is wrong. The SatA asked about the procedure. The contact person at the Air Force mentioned the distance problem and suggested the C32. As it turns out, a C37 would have been a better choice. Probably more available, between Cheney's hunting and Condi's shoe shopping, the C32 probably isn't usually available.
