I talked with a member of the Hinky Club today, it's a Hungarian club in town. They sell Hungarian sausage for a day twice a year. It's a small club with about 30 members who make the sausage and sell it to pay the expenses. Last Saturday they sold 3,000 pounds of it in sandwiches and 6,000 pounds of it raw to carry out. Now that's cooking in bulk.
