Your description of the problem is inaccurate. What you denigrate as "capitalism" is just the laws of free market economics, which reign supreme no matter what socialists try and do.


Excuse me......Webster's definition of capitalism:

capitalism: an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market

That's why socialism often fails.

I have yet to see a well structured combination of capitalism and socialism fail.
