I have had that on my bulletin board for awhile, along with a few other predictions by some of the bulls here.

Given what is already happening in the credit markets I don't see how ANY of them can come true, but I never thought the homebuilders would have recovered so fast, so soon. Should be interesting to see how things turn out.
