Yes, not much has changed. Cheney is a classy guy, who thinks if we have laws, they should be adheared to. Fancy that....a politician who really believes that.

As opposed to Kerry, who tells whatever fantasy he thinks is somewhat close (as in horseshoes) to what someone wants to think for the minute.

Or opposed to Berger, who stole National Archives papers, then lied, then fessed up, but didn't tell which papers he actually took, hid under a trailer, then retrieved, and then cut up with scissors. ETC ETC...

The Times says the notes show Cheney "is hostile to the press and to Congress, insistent on the prerogatives of the executive branch and adamant about the importance of national security secrets." It seems not much has changed.
