That looks delicious-- and not very hard except for the patience part (I make the lumpiest mashed potatoes in the world). I like that it's actually just cheesecake- not all dolled up.
Everyone in the house loves cheesecake, so next time the boys are home, I promise I will try it. I usually buy them, and they are so expensive at the Cheesecake Factory.

Of course, there is that 430 calorie thing you unkindly mention at the end---

That would be perfect for Valentine's Day if one layered thinly sliced strawberries all over it (Not that it wouldn't be perfect even without the strawberries.)
