I'm in a grumpy mood this morning. I was awakened by a phone call from a neighbor who lives across the street from a rental house I own and rent to college students. It seems the little dears were up till all hours last night making a lot of noise in the neighborhood. Looks like I'm going to have to have a talk with them and remind them of things like common courtesy for one's neighbors.
