that was my thought: quite a blog overall, at least to my ignorant eyes...
seems to me all eyes should be focused on this...what will cause it to unwind after all?

Japanese Stocks: Support From The Yen
The weak yen is underpinning Japanese corporate profits and is bullish for the equity market.

The Japanese yen has fallen to a two- decade low on a real, trade-weighted exchange rate basis. Meanwhile, corporate profits are soaring, turbo- charged by the weak yen and the benefits of years of restructuring, particularly in the manufacturing sector. BCA’s Global Investment Strategy service believes the current divergence between the yen and corporate profits is providing downside protection for the stock market—in past cycles an appreciating yen acted to dampen corporate profits and ultimately undermined equity prices. With the Bank of Japan certain to keep interest rates low for an extended period, the undervalued yen makes Japanese equities a low- risk bet against a backdrop of healthy global growth.
