Thomas Jefferson This quote is fairly close to the one I was thinking of----the one I am vaguely remembering goes something like this----------We are peace loving however if our shores be threatened by foreign entities we must respond in kind. Did the terrorist really think that America would not respond? Thanks for all of the links---------Jefferson had his books and we have our internet. mj
