I've never had much patience with practical jokes. The worst thing I think might be funny would be a whoopy cushion or a pile of plastic dog poo on a guy's chair. After that it gets mean.

A big difference is you can short-sheet a bed in a couple of minutes. To sheetrock a wall, finish and paint it is hours, if you know what the hell you're doing. Those people have far too much time on their hands. I'm sorry this came out, now the government offices will start doing it.
