BMC has been looking strong. Norilsk had two owners and one recently just bought out the other. The mine serves a population of 300,000 and has 80,000 workers if you can imagine that.

They ought to spend some of that big cash on cleaning up the pollution. In fact if that mine were in the US or most western countries they woulld ahve closed it down the town is so polluted.

I think BMC also has some real good exploration property in canada. Speculation could drive BMC well above $2 I think.
