I would highly recommend this C-SPAN2 program (on booktv)...it's on today and a former 20 year government prosecutor lays out a case -- she honestly feels Bush, Cheney and the Administration committed fraud (much worse than what happened in the Enron Case or in WaterGate)...This is compelling...Watch it with an open mind...
