Not at all a stretch. If a company like YMI wants to test a crappy drug candidate like Tesmilifene and the trial design is reasonable, it’s not the FDA’s job to stop them.

Buy low sell high is the name of the game, I say again this is the time to buy.

It might be, but your statement at the start of this thread went well beyond that to asserting that YMI is a fine company. It isn’t.

Sorry you lost your shirt here but you have to remain objective if you hope to make it.
