John Q Public: You underestimate how many people have encouraged me to do this. I think people are yearning for good discussion among intelligent posters free of fear mongering, grand sweeping generalizations, and illogical conclusions. It's unbelievable that people who I think are very intelligent such as: el matador, john vosilia, grace zaccardi, tobago jack, myself, calculated risk, jimmmg, GST, SLC Real Estate, just to name a few, seem to be posting to a crowd that cannot comprehend or appreciate what they are posting. So guess what? I appreciate them and anybody who has something else to say regardless if they agree or disagree with my views and the above mentioned people (and others, sorry if I forgot you) have at one time or another, but they have done so gracefully and intelligently. The moderation is to only take out TOS posts. P.S. I forgive you.
