I think if interest rates stay this low for the next cycle you are right. Certainly what happens to financials going forward is the story.. However I can't help but wonder about all the time and energy devoted by Wall Street to a housing recovery expected just around the corner. Why try so hard to tell everybody. If things were going to be so great in 6-12 months don't you think they'd make it a secret?
