I do not believe I've ever seen Canadian courts referred to as "American courts". Ever. But in future, if you prefer, I will use "US courts". I don't know why you are trying to score runs off me anyway. I dislike that method of discussion. If you are really interested in scoring- play with someone else. And I say that in the nicest possible way. I just don't enjoy games like that. Such games are a way of channeling aggression. I'm not interested in getting that close to aggression.
