Yes that is what makes this all so scary. Amazing so few in the national media or government in DC talk about it. Certainly the democratic party should use it for 2008. The mirage of the federal tax cut. The local municipalities won't be able to borrow at 4.5% or print money to bail themselves out<g>

Bottom line is if both federal and local were disciplined in their spending there would not be a problem. Unfortunately we have the worst of all possible worlds unfolding impacting small biz and Joe6pack in RE bubble markets.. Hey proud Americans in the ivory tower like Larry Kudlow or Sean Hannity haven't begun to even understand. I do have faith Ben Bernake and many newly elected congressmen do though and will rectify the problem before it is too late..
