If the Dems were serious they would be preparing for prosecuting war crimes.

I agree Bill. The Dems seem content to let the war go on as long as it makes Bush and his supporting Republicans look like crap. It's THEIR war, after all, in the American mind. But, the Dems don't have a filibuster proof majority yet, so they can't do it legislatively. It would be wise of the Republicans to end it, before they become a minority southern party for the next couple of decades. Bush is DONE. There's no reason to continue to give him any support at all..
