why don't you notify the people who run the DOW that it is not reflective of the US stock market as a whole which is clearly their objective in the makeup of the DOW. And the DOW, for the past 100 years or so, averages 10% per year. Except for when you have a president and congress that spends your great grandchildrens tax base and starts unnecessary wars. Then the Dow just sits there, like it is doing now. All Bush apologists try to make excuses for this pathetic economy and market, and thats what you are doing Tonto.
